The seven mistakes
Missing model, no photo, no tube size, unclear duty, no old drawing, no fouling description and no delivery deadline are the common reasons a serious RFQ becomes slow. Industrial equipment cannot be quoted like ordinary shop items.
Better method
Send plant name, unit, tag number, old PO, existing model, datasheet, clear photos and problem summary. If you do not know the correct technical term, send photos and the operating symptom first.
