Can client submit incomplete data?
They can submit first contact data, but quotation will need valve, torque, duty, control and certificate information.
Why is torque important?
Wrong torque selection can make actuator under sized or over sized and can fail during commissioning.
What document should client attach?
Datasheet, valve drawing, tag list, existing nameplate photo, process data, old actuator photos and required certificates.
