Do not send only a photo and ask for price. For position sensors, wrong stroke, output, mounting or connector can make the supplied item useless.
Send these items first.
Old model number
Full Temposonics or MTS model code from label, old offer, manual or invoice.
Stroke length
Confirm measurement range in mm or inch. Never guess from outside body length only.
Output signal
Analog, CANbus, SSI, fieldbus, Ethernet or other output must match the control system.
Mounting type
Rod style, profile style, embedded cylinder type, external mount or compact design.
Connector and cable
Connector type, pinout, cable length and IP rating should be checked before order.
Approval and environment
Hazardous area, vibration, temperature, IP rating and plant safety requirements must be known.
